Speech Language Pathology (SLP)

Speech Therapy focuses on improving overall communication abilities, including expressing thoughts and needs (expressive language), understanding and processing information (receptive language) and how clearly your child speaks (articulation). Our Speech Therapists can help children with various speech and language disorders, including articulation, apraxia, fluency, swallowing/feeding disorders, oral motor and language disorders. Alternative communication systems for nonverbal children can also be developed through speech therapy. Together we can help your child overcome delays and have fuller, richer communications with others, now and throughout their life.
