Make a difference in the life of a child with a need!
What We Offer

Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
Speech Therapy focuses on improving overall communication abilities, including expressing thoughts and needs (expressive language), understanding and processing information (receptive language) and how clearly your child speaks (articulation). Our Speech Therapists can help children with various speech and language disorders, including articulation, apraxia, fluency, swallowing/feeding disorders, oral motor and language disorders. Alternative communication systems for nonverbal children can also be developed through speech therapy. Together we can help your child overcome delays and have fuller, richer communications with others, now and throughout their life.

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy is a scientific approach to understanding and
changing behavior, often used to help individuals with autism and other developmental
disabilities learn new skills and reduce challenging behaviors through positive reinforcement and
other evidence-based techniques.
What ABA Therapy Is:
- Scientific Approach

Special Instruction (SI)
Special Instruction is offered by a certified teacher trained in early childhood development. Special Instruction may also be referred to as developmental intervention. Our EI providers are committed to the theory that Child-Parent Play enhances brain function.

Physical Therapy (PT)
Some children are born with or develop neurological conditions that cause them to have sensory or motor function challenges. These challenges can be overcome, given the right support. Physical therapy often will focus on improving strength, endurance, coordination, balance, range of motion, flexibility, posture, body awareness and gait.

Occupational Therapy (OT)
Occupational Therapy improves self-help skills and adaptive behavior for children with developmental delays. The focus of our treatment is to give children the tools they need to grow into the highest level of independence. Our therapists can help children with a variety of areas, from fine motor skills, visual-perceptual skills, cognitive skills, and overcoming sensory processing deficits, along with daily livings skills, such as teeth-brushing, hair-combing, bathing, dressing, undressing, eating and sleeping.

Family Training (FT)
Parenting is one of the most difficult tasks that we face. While most of us receive training in our occupations, we receive little guidance on how to be a parent and nurture development in our children. Parents are the primary change agent in their children’s development and behavior. Our family training program focuses on the parent-child relationship. Using evidence based principles, parents are coached through 5 skill-building exercises. These exercises provide parents with an opportunity to practice attending to socially desired behaviors, while learning how to re-direct and give less attention to unwanted behaviors. This positive parenting approach, centered on play and parent-child bonding, encourages social-emotional development, listening skills, learning and play skills.
